Hey Penguins!

After camping in the wilderness for 2 weeks, it's time for another recap post. We haven't done one of these in awhile, so we are back! Let's get into it.

We set off on our camping trip on the 13th, with a new character Tadel introducing us to the party (who everyone seems to be a big fan of). He is the camp leader, giving us quests throughout the event. Completing each task rewarded us with exclusive items, and some interesting events transpire..

Tadel taught us about basic survival skills in the wilderness, such as making a campfire and foraging for food. The first two quests required us to find logs for a fire and forage for berries in the bushes, heading to areas around the Island including the Trail Entrance. Completing the first quest upgraded our campsite to include a fire, perfect for cooking fluffy!

In the next task we had to find Tadel's lucky compass, which was located in the camping Main Office in the Plaza. I'm not sure how he expected us to find such a small compass, but we found it eventually! The final quest was a bit more of a challenge, putting our skills we had learnt to the test. We played a game of 'Capture the Flag' in which we had to obtain the yellow flag from the forest and bring it back to Tadel.

Starting from the Trail Entrance, we crossed the bridge into the forest. Then we had to cross the river, however we ended up falling down the river and being far away from home. Now we have our survival skills to help us, so we made a fire and found some berries but we came across an unexpected visitor hanging around suspiciously in the dark.. it was HERBERT!

We quickly gathered the fruit, but he heard us and we ran away to safety. I wonder what he was up to?

We then found ourselves in a maze of trees and had to find our way through it. We followed the bite marks on the trees to make our way back home, but we came across another unexpected visitor from the Medieval Party: The Wanderer! Who tells us about a dark lord?!

After collecting the flag and making it back to Tadel in Snow Forts, we earnt the Capture The Flag Stamp and some more items! (Including Tadel's Fedora) We also discover that Tadel may be a secret agent in disguise as a camp leader, as he seemed concerned about Herbert.

Later on in an interaction between Tadel and Jet Pack Guy in the main office, it is revealed that Tadel is in fact actually Agent Delta and was on a mission the whole time!

Alongside the quests, there were plenty of visits from mascots including Rory, Jet Pack Guy and Herbert, each with backgrounds and stamps to collect. Here are some moments from the visits!

Rory was definitely the most popular mascot, returning once again but this time with a stamp! We hope you all enjoyed the frequent visits. Now for some exclusive behind the scenes of the party. Here is the concept art of the Plaza by one of our artists: Nino!
